Dear Fellow Lions,

In an age where youth activism often flares brightly but briefly, our Leo movement offers something profoundly different—sustained, structured impact that transforms both communities and the young leaders themselves.

What strikes me most about the Leo initiatives showcased in this issue isn’t just their creativity or scale, but their methodical approach to service innovation. Perhaps most remarkable is how these initiatives embody our organizational voice—thoughtful, accessible and empathetic yet results-driven. The Leos aren’t merely ‘helping’—they’re pioneering inclusive approaches that many seasoned service organizations struggle to achieve.

As we watch this rising tide of young leadership, I’m reminded that Lions’ greatest legacy may not be what we’ve built over 107 years, but who we’re building for the century ahead.

We don’t just serve alongside Leos—we learn from them.
