Editorial Note

Dear Fellow Lions,

Some forms of service are visible. Others begin quietly—with awareness, with intent, with a choice made in private.

In this issue, we turn our attention to one such act. Organ donation may begin with a single decision, but its impact reaches far beyond it —shaped less by numbers, and more by readiness: the ability to respond with clarity when it matters most.

Across districts, Lions are beginning to engage with this space—creating awareness, opening conversations, and supporting families through moments that are never easy. In doing so, they are helping build understanding around a subject that often remains unspoken.

Perhaps this is where service becomes deeply personal.

If you haven’t already, consider taking that first step—pledge your organs, and just as importantly, ensure your family knows your decision.
