The blue waters of the Malpe Beach, near the temple town of Udupi in Karnataka, sparkled under the morning sun as an army of volunteers gathered with a shared purpose. The Leos of District 317C, in partnership with Road Tract, were all set for their ambitious Beach Cleaning Drive. Joining them in this initiative were the volunteers from Bharat Scouts and Guides, making it a true example of youth-driven change.

What made the campaign even more meaningful was the active participation of Leo parents, who stood side-by-side with the youth, proving that environmental stewardship transcends generations. From children to elders, the collective energy and commitment were truly inspiring. Together, they collected waste, restored natural beauty, and protected marine life from the dangers of pollution.
Mr. Vijay Shetty, Tourist Department Head of Udupi, offered not just his presence but his wholehearted support, acknowledging how this initiative aligned perfectly with both tourism interests and environmental conservation.
As the collaborative initiative concluded, the volunteers departed, leaving behind clean shores and renewed hope—a powerful reminder that when we serve together, we create waves of change that reach far beyond our immediate horizons.
