GAT Area Leader – MD 3233 & MD 3234
District 3234H2 successfully conducted a comprehensive GAT (Global Action Team) Training Program for its Zone Chairpersons, aimed at strengthening leadership, enhancing service delivery, and fostering membership growth across the district.
The training centered on the three core pillars of the GAT framework: Leadership Development, Membership Growth, and Service Activities.

GAT Area Leader
MD 3233 & MD 3234
Led by District Governor Girish Sisodia, along with GAT Leaders and experienced facilitators, the session offered valuable insights into strategic planning, effective communication, and innovative service initiatives.
The program equipped Zone Chairpersons with the knowledge, tools, and inspiration needed to lead with purpose and drive meaningful impact within their zones.
Together, we are shaping a stronger, service-driven future for District 3234-H2.
